Highly unhappy
Sent me wrong product and now they are not even sending the replacement.
I ordered for the name Shotgun and got the name Archana. Can't use it at all since its personalise. Highly disappointed. Been following up for more than a month. This was the last reply from their team. There hasn't been any update since then.
Received wrong item
I ordered customised apple watch charm and the order was a cheap plastic pendant. It was COD and when I refused the delivery I got a call from the customer service to find out the reason and after the call the guy asked me to send a picture of the order I received. I sent the picture and I was told they will check with the delivery company, Blue dart in this case. Never heard back from them.
My advice stay away from them. They are a bunch of scammers.
